3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of the receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is only concluded with our order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly communicated during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery within Germany is carried out by DHL, DPD, or Hermes. Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, unless otherwise agreed. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery.

10. Liability
For claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are liable without limitation for injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent or gross negligence. Furthermore, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) – in this case, however, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
