A stably laid cable ensures that your Greenworks robot never loses its orientation. Please note the following tips:

  1. Preparation: Mow the lawn as short as possible before installation. Lightly water hard ground to make it easier to drive in the ground spikes.
  2. Maintain distances: Use the Greenworks spacing gauge for obstacles and edges. Fix the cable every 60-80 cm with a nail.
  3. Curve guidance: In tight curves, you should place the hooks closer together (approx. every 20 cm) so that the cable remains taut on the ground and does not form loops.
  4. Stone edges & paths: Lay the cable flush along stone edges. Use additional pegs for precise guidance during edge trimming.
  5. Completion: Drive the ground nails in completely until they are flush with the turf. This protects them from the sharp blades of your robot.
